At Dream Adventure Tours, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our customers. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please review our refund policy below.

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date: Full refund will be provided.

  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tour date: 50% refund will be provided.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date: No refund will be issued.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Customers can request to reschedule their tour at least 24 hours in advance without any extra charges, subject to availability.

  • Any modifications requested within 24 hours of the scheduled tour may be subject to additional fees.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • If a tour is canceled by Dream Adventure Tours due to extreme weather, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered.
