Cancellation Policy

At Dream Adventure Tours, we understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process. Please review our policy before booking.

1. Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date: Full refund will be provided.
  • Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the tour date: 50% refund will be provided.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date: No refund will be issued.
  • No-show or last-minute cancellations: Non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Process

  • To cancel your booking, please send us an email with your booking details.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Rescheduling & Modifications

  • Customers can reschedule their tour at least 24 hours in advance without any extra charges, subject to availability.
  • Any modifications requested less than 24 hours before the tour may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations by Dream Adventure Tours

In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, government regulations, or operational issues), we will:

  • Offer a full refund, or
  • Provide an alternative tour date at no extra cost.

5. Force Majeure Policy

Dream Adventure Tours is not responsible for cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. In such cases, rescheduling or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
