Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date: Full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tour date: 50% refund will be provided.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date: No refund will be issued.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Changes & Rescheduling
Customers can request to reschedule their tour at least 24 hours in advance without any extra charges, subject to availability.
Any modifications requested within 24 hours of the scheduled tour may be subject to additional fees.
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
If a tour is canceled by Dream Adventure Tours due to extreme weather, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered.
